Spotlight Presentation Competition is an oral presentation of thesis or dissertation of recipients of Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Fisheries Scholarship Program: Industry Leaders Grant (IL) and Fisherfolk Children Educational Grant (FCEG). This offers opportunity for young scientists to present their work to the scientific community and provide an interactive venue for academic exchange. It has been an integral part of SciCon since the last Conference held in 2018. This year, we received 29 abstract entries from twelve Universities across the country.
